The following Motions have been received and distributed for the forthcoming AGM in August.

MOTIONS FOR LSAV AGM

8th AUGUST 2013

LSAV RULES

 1.       Executive Committee

 “That LSAV initiate a complete review of its articles to incorporate the new Associations act requirements as well as any other changes as proposed by members. This review to be undertaken by a small working group drawn from the executive. The resultant new constitution by approved by members at a special AGM as soon as possible.”

  2.           Swan Hill Saleyards

 “That the LSAV replace its current regional committee structure with a new executive election model.”

 2013-14 BUDGET

              3. Executive Committee

 “That the 2013-14 budget include a CPI increase for all fee components. This includes the minimum and maximum levels, the per animal fee and the associate membership fee. This CPI increase to be based on the 12 months ending the previous December. Subsequent annual budgets to incorporate this CPI adjustment on an annual basis”
